"Ada 46 pertanyaan ya. Pertama, yang diminta keterangan terkait proses pembuatan video Youtube sampai selesai. Kedua yang sangat lama dalam pemeriksaan 32 menit itu di Youtube tadi. Ketiga , setelah selesai beredarna , viral di Youtube ini," ungkap Rihat.

Diketahui , Galih Ginanjar dan pasangan Youtuber, Rey Utami-Benua, dipolisikan oleh Fairuz A Rafiq setelah konten video Galih saat diwawancara Rey Utami beredar di media sosial. Fairus telah diperiksa polisi terkait laporannya itu.

Kasusnya sendiri telah ditingkatkan ke penyidikan. Namun polisi belum menentukan tersangka dalam kasus itu.

Laporan Fairuz itu tertuang dalam laporan bernomor LP/3914/VII/2019/PMJ/Dit.Reskrimus. Terlapor, dalam hal ini Galih Ginanjar, Rey Utami, dan Pablo Benua, dilaporkan atas tuduhan Pasal 27 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 45 ayat (1) atau Pasal 27 ayat (3) juncto Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE.
